• Learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether within Türkiye or abroad;

• Request the erasure or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated by the PDPL;

• Request notification of the foregoing transactions to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred;

• Object to any result arising against them through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated means; and

• Claim compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

• Your name and surname, and your signature if the application is submitted in writing;

• Your Turkish Identification Number (for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye), or nationality, passport number, or identification number, if any, for foreign nationals;

• Your residential or business address for service of notices;

• Your e-mail address, telephone number, and fax number, if any, for notification purposes; and

• The subject matter of your request.

 

Applications will generally be processed free of charge. However, if processing the request requires additional costs, a fee may be charged within the limits prescribed by the applicable legislation.
