Preserving freshness is just as critical as the production process itself. Equipped with 25 Controlled Atmosphere (CA) cold storage chambers, Konfrut Çukurova facility slows the natural respiration of fresh produce to preserve post-harvest freshness and quality for months.
In-store temperature values are tracked and recorded 24/7 via digital sensors.
